Foreign citizens and stateless persons have the right to receive higher and secondary special education at the expense of budgetary allocations in accordance with the quota for the education of foreign citizens and stateless persons, as well as at the expense of individuals and legal entities in accordance with agreements on the provision of paid educational services.
Foreign citizens wishing to receive education under the bachelor's degree program must have completed secondary education equivalent to secondary (complete) general or secondary vocational education.
For training in the magistracy are accepted persons with education at the bachelor's level in their chosen specialty.
Foreign citizens with higher education at the level of specialist or master of science/arts may be admitted to postgraduate study at higher educational institutions.
Foreign citizens must submit the following documents to the Acceptance Commission (http://www.russia.edu.ru/enter/process):
1) Application in Russian for admission to the University;
2) originals or duly certified copies of the documents on education and all the provided appendixes indicating the subjects studied and the marks (scores) obtained in the examinations in these subjects, as well as, if necessary, the documents legalized in the prescribed manner (https://nic.gov.ru/ru/proc/lega), certificates on establishment of equivalence of the document on education, etc..
The list of agreements of the Russian Federation with foreign countries on legal assistance, according to which legalization is not required, is on the website https://мвд.рф/mvd/documents/m_soglasch/?noredirect=1
3) duly certified translation into Russian of the document of a foreign state on education and its annexes (if such Annex is provided for by the legislation of the state that issued the document on education);
4) the copy of the document proving the identity of the arriving, or the document proving the identity of the foreign citizen in the Russian Federation. If your passport does not have a page with personal data in Russian, it must be translated as well as your education documents;
5) copies of documents or other evidence confirming the affiliation of a compatriot living abroad to the groups provided for in article 4 of the Federal law;
6) a copy of the entry visa to the Russian Federation, if a foreign citizen arrived in the Russian Federation on an entry visa;
7) 6 photos 4x6 cm on matte paper;
8) a copy of the document confirming the knowledge of the Russian language;
9) medical certificate of form 086-U.

ATTENTION
All applicants to the University pass a medical examination.
The requirement for vision for entering the specialty "Navigation" and "Operation of Ship Power Plants" - not less than 0.8 for each eye.
